Allegan County Transportation purchases first fleet of cleaner propane buses

The seven buses, which cost $1.1 million, are funded with a combination of state and federal funds. The new vehicles will emit fewer greenhouse gases, less nitrogen oxides, less carbon monoxide and fewer particulate emissions compared with other fuels.
