PLANE, short for Physical Literacy and Nutrition Education, offers adaptive strategies to get kids moving, as well as a nutrition curriculum that shares ways to introduce kids to healthier foods.
The pandemic inspired a rural Michigan couple to build a secluded retreat for people to "detach" from their tech-laden lives.

"Renovating the Gillespie building will be another catalyst to our community’s downtown revitalization efforts,” says Keith Baker, Coldwater city manager.
The new Rogers Family Wellness Park – located on N. Saginaw Rd in Midland, is the outcome of an opportunity that grew out of the 2020 flood. The new park designed by and paid for in part by MyMichigan Health, was designed to attract people of all ages and promote good health.
